To gain access to our wholesale portal, please fill out our wholesale account application. Approvals are granted within 48 hours.
WHOLESALE POLICIES
Minimum order quantity of 36 units per style and color.
Payment is accepted by Credit Card or ACH. A pre authorization will be taken at checkout, payment will be processed once the order has been fulfilled.
Please allow 14 days for production from art approval to shipping.
Please allow 3-5 days for picking and shipping blank garments.
We do not allow returns or exchanges unless items are received damaged an unsellable.Any unsellable merchandies received must be reported to wholesale@mockneckandco.com within 7 days of receipt.
SHIPPING POLICIES
All orders ship UPS Ground from California. The cost of shipping will be added to your order prior to checkout.
To expedite the shipping method, you must request rush shipping at the time your order is placed by emailing wholesale@mockneckandco.com.
ORDERING CUSTOM GRAPHICS
Garments can be ordered blank or customized with screenprint, embroidery or applique. Graphic concepts can be chosen from our Graphic Gallery. Please indicate your desired text and embellishment colors when prompted on the Product Listing.
All orders containing embellishment will undergo an email approval process with our art team. You will receive a proof for approval prior to production beginning. Please note you will NOT see a mock-up for approval prior to checkout.
If you would like to use your own art file, please choose your embellishment method and select "Upload Custom Art File" from the dropdown menu. A processing fee of $5 per art file will apply for any non-vector art file.
To add your brand's logo to the back neck label of each garment, please add Private Labeling to your order. The Private Labeling cost is per unit. Please add the total number of garments to your order.
Custom garment color development is available for orders over 400 units.
